Called to the Bar in 2002, Scott has acted as counsel at all levels of court except the Supreme Court of Canada. His experience includes representing both plaintiffs and defendants, as well as work before WSIAT, CPP and the Licence Appeal Tribunal.
Scott’s background also includes more than four years of Small Claims Court judicial experience conducting trials, settlement conferences and motions, as described on the ADR North website.
Having worked with counsel and the judiciary across Northern Ontario and throughout the province, Scott brings regional understanding and a broad perspective to resolving disputes. His mediation approach is active, creative and focused on progress.

Scott’s mediation and counsel work has included Sudbury, Timmins, North Bay, Sault Ste. Marie, Thunder Bay, Dryden, Hearst, Cochrane and Parry Sound, as well as Toronto, Ottawa and other Ontario communities.
