10:00 am to 1:00 pm or 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
7 hours of mediation, with up to 3 hours of preparation.
10:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Additional time: $400 per hour, or part thereof. HST and disbursements, including travel and other expenses, are not included. Fees are subject to the completed Agreement to Mediate and should be discussed and agreed before execution.
No cancellation fee applies with at least 15 business days’ notice. Within 15 business days, the published cancellation fees are $1,400 for a half day and $2,750 for a full day. Cancellation fees are split equally between the parties unless otherwise agreed. Confirm all arrangements directly with ADR North.
