Full-day mediation
$4,950
7 hours of mediation, with up to 3 hours of preparation.
10:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Mediation & preparation
The half-day fee includes 3 hours of mediation and up to 2 hours of preparation. The full-day fee includes 7 hours of mediation and up to 3 hours of preparation.
Additional time & costs
Additional time is billed at $400.00 per hour, or part thereof, as required.
HST and disbursements (i.e.: travel expenses, court reporter, lunch, coffee, etc.) are not included in the above fees.
Agreeing on terms
Fees are subject to the terms provided in the completed Agreement to Mediate and should be discussed and agreed to prior to providing the executed copy.

Booking changes
Cancellation terms.
Cancellation with at least 15 business days’ notice will incur no cancellation fee.
Cancellation within 15 business days of the mediation is subject to cancellation fees:
- Half-day bookings: $1,400.00 cancellation fee
- Full-day bookings: $2,750.00 cancellation fee
Cancellation fees are split equally between the parties unless agreed to otherwise.
